i'm just about ready to do the same thing on mine. I just got my seat back from the upholstery shop and can't wait to dial-in the seating position. great looking wheel on yours. it looks like you made a new floor plate and moved the column hole up a bit?

My truck has a chevelle front frame clip which has the steering box in front of the engine crossmember. So the column needs to exit the cab higher up to align better with the box. I still had to use a ujoint though.
And I bought the floor plate from Mid-Fifty with the hole predrilled at the top.

Great progress on your steering column and wheel! What motor are you putting in? Where'd you get the mounts?
