Got the F-350 running!
Well, I'm still in Afghanistan, so I really didn't do much. But my brother, with some help from Daves diesel, figured out it was the injectors on the F350 that kept it from starting. After aaallll the stuff he checked. Anyways, after Daves said to change the injectors (turned down having them replace with stock) I had my brother swap the injectors out of my dually, rosewood stages 2's. Truck runs like a champ. Now I plan on having him send the stock injectors to Jim to be built into his stage 3's, and sending the HPOP into TE to build it into a T500. Once I return in January I plan on ordering a T4 mount and S4XX turbo. And it just dawned on me today that the Edge evo won't cut it with the upgrades. So I'm looking for input on chips, mostly the PHP Hydro, and their (or somebody elses) tunes. I don't need more then a few tunes at the moment, lope, high idle, and a tow and a performance tune or two. The question is what tow/performance tunes should I get?
Thanks for any input!

There is nothing wrong with the HYDRA from PHP. It will limit you some on who's tunes you can run, but I know that Matt @ Gearhead, Swamps, and obviously PHP are all doing Hydra tunes. I'm not sure if Tony is looking to do any Hydra tuning or not, but if he did I would have already bought a hydra.
My personal opinion would be to get the Hydra and get some tunes from one of the 3 tuners I listed. I would also forget about lope tunes or any smoke tunes. Focus on making your truck perform, not giving it the illusion that it MIGHT perform with a lope tune. The only thing I've ever found useful about it is I once had my drag file tuned with a somewhat lopey idle so that I would realize it if I left it in my drag tune, but these days I daily drive my drag tune, so the lope at idle was annoying after awhile.

Its a fairly new chip that PHP brought out. Email tunes, holds up to 16 tunes, switcher is similar to DP, and you dont have to pull the chip out of the PCM to reburn it. There's a cable that stays connected to the chip at all times for reburns. Just roll up the reburn wire under the dash when you don't need it. Also, you can run tunes from however many tuners as you want to.
I'm still going to use TW, so I have no need to run a hydra.
