I'm not overly impressed with the quality of the sound coming from this thing, but I'm not sure what my options are...especially the front center speaker on the dash.

I'm wondering if anyone has done anything with theirs. I've searched, but I can't really find anything.

Thanks Johnny. I'm thinking it the very discriminating taste part. Actually, I didn't think it was that discriminating, but I've had aftermarket speakers and/or head units in most of my vehicles.

 

As the person who had the issues in the other thread I can tell you that even after getting the programming straightened out, the sound is 100% better, but still not very good in my opinion. Especially for a 60K vehicle. I would expect a fairly thumping system, we came from a GM product that rocked, and instead its, well not very impressive. I will say that the THX shines when watching or listening to a movie, but for music not so much.

 

So I'm not the only one!

Unfortunately, on the 26th (my birthday) someone pulled out in front of me causing a collision. I'll hopefully find out tomorrow what's going to happen.

Just some front passenger side damage, but both air bags went off and it broke the windshield.
