my main problem is lack of power, Im running through the checklist and doing what I can now as cash flow allows. I do need an oil cooler deltas up to 20-25 and high temps. that will be done after the 11th when I get paid again.

Just switched to Rotella T6 from T5
Just replaced fuel filters (nightmare..lol, and very dirty HFCM filter)
No exhaust intake leaks

EOT and ECT I recorded after all others to show high temps are getting

and no codes, I check every fill up.
Never had any since I've owned it 60k miles.

 

ECT/EOT at 214/218 with FSS at 164 is odd. FSS should be at least 420 or much higher.
I've always heard 45v is FICM repair time, I'd definately keep an eye on it.

FICM will be put on the to do list and watched pretty well too.

 

You should have a reading for the flp which is ficm power logic power volts. It should be 12+ after glowplugs turn off.

Double check your xcode

 

tried a couple of different ones couldnt get them to go :-(

 

Try clearing that slot and re-enter in another slot. Also you can't watch same pid in two slots at once, maybe you entered same thing for flp and fvp?
