Question 2005 f350 heater / fan motor not working

I have a 2005 f350 and the fan motor does not work. I removed my dash to run some audio cables and when I connected it later it stopped work. I did do a search and found this thread but, I do not think its is the fan resistor cause it does not work at any speed.

Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas?
