Pickled peppers are good. I am a relish/chow chow fan though. I take all my peppers at the end of the year and make pepper chow chow----no tomatoes or cabbage filler. Simply peppers of all kinds with some onions added. Great stuff for those who like a little "kick" on their greens, in their beans, on their burger or bratwurst....whatever you would use chow chow or relish for. Personally, I mix a good bit into tuna with some mustard, miracle whip (or mayo) and add sliced almonds for to-die-for tuna salad. You can substitute diced chicken if you're not into tuna.
Hope everyone has a great Thursday.

Today is my payday.. most of my money goes to pay bills.. when I sell two houses it will go to fun things again. Might have an offer on the Washington house - just need to get to an agreement of terms. I hope it goes through, that will make life easier. Then just need to sell a house I shouldn't have bought.

I was worried about getting paid at all - thanks to the ghetto monger we have in the white house. Funds didn't show online until this morning...
Theo - actually I was hoping Rufie's temperament would make the pups more mellow and laid back
MARK: You have seeds on the way to you, I included some Anaheim Chili and Banana Pepper seeds
~ I also got a good sized packet sent off to arctic y block up there in Alaska
ROGER: It just needs to dry out a bit, and it looks like a load of centipede grass seed is ready to gather up!
