I am not the youngest one in my department though. There are others a few years younger then me.

Kind of rough doing primitive camping when it is cold..

 

No it isnt. Those tents are pretty warm when set up properly. The straw insulates the tents rather well. I dont know If I will be able to go or not at this point. All depends on when they hire someone and if I have to train them.

 

We are supposed to get a couple new people outside as well.. Should make closings load a bit lighter.

We have been waiting over a month now for those 2.

 

I know how that is Steve. They just hired 4 new officers for my shift last month. The one position that was open had been open for about 2 years.

 

They are quick to replace people aren't they..

 

Well the other 3 openings were filled after about 3 months. Then the 3 officers they had hired for those spots quit.

 

That is some turnover..

 

It is and it isn't. Some of the turnover from that group ws pretty much people not ready to work at a place like a university.
