I've not seen anything that dressy for our E-Series-----several eBay sellers claim they can/will make any style or type vinyl badge you can dream up. Most times their prices aren't too crazy.

I'd do a search for badges/emblems on eBay, narrow it down to Ford and see what's available then contact those who look like they're making them.

Well that's actually a great idea, the only downside being those factory badges can be quite spendy and probably a bit tough to actually do in real life.

However with the advent of "cheap" 3D printers and CAD/CAM software PLUS a few owners who'd love to tackle such a projection for small money---could that be a possibility? With all the hobbist CNC guys there has to soon be hobbists for that 3D printer world too?!?

Oh no doubt... were reaching an age of modification thats unheard of. Only problem is i would want it in aluminum not plastic and i have yet to find me a 3D printer guy lol.
