I haven't found the seats. I wanted to get an answer before I spent a bunch of time trying to find some seats/headrests.

From what I can tell, the difference between the 2003 and 2004 models seems to be merely the addition of headrests on that split bench seat in the back. Of course, fordparts.com is down right now. I'm exploring the possibility of buying the headrests and parts and simply installing them myself. Alternatively, I'd buy an entire back bench from Ford. But I would need to compare where the seats are bolted in. I would be surprised if they were different.

I have a 01 with 04 seats with headrests. They bolt up the same way.

I put a 60/40 seat with the metal cargo tray underneath out of a 2009 in my '02. Easy swap, just bolt it in (I may have drilled some extra holes but the bosses for the locations were already there from the factory - everything else lined right up).
