hara are a couple of trucks that seem like a good deal
2001 for $5500 ( eeds spme engine work). 2001 Ford F250 SuperCab 7.3 Diesel
here is a 94 (might want to verify psd). 1994 FORD 7.3 POWERSTROKE
97 dualie... 1997 ford f350 dully diesel
here is a 96 for $6200 1996 Ford F250 diesel
cclb 4x4 for $6500
1997 Ford F350 4wd 5spd 7.3l Powerstroke
I could go on... Plenty of trucks for reasonable prices in az.. And most you could talk down at least another $500

Just because it has only 70K miles does not mean you won't have any problems. I bought mine this year with 75K miles and I have a few problems that are age related that normally during those years would have been replaced.
Most are fuel related, fuel bowl hoses, o-rings, dry rot tires, new sensors about 5, IPR, CPS, etc. Because it sat so long, the fuel filter was filthy BLACK from what I am told is algae. The algae in the tanks (I think) messed up the floats, sending units or whatever, neither gauge works 100%. the rear still works sometimes and the front never.
Other than that you can't beat getting a cosmetically almost perfect truck. Some people spend a lot of money restoring their beloved OBS exterior and interior. That is one thing you won't have to do.
Just don't assume that it will be problem free. Maybe you'll get lucky and whatever department used it had it well maintained and took care of some of the age related issues.
Mine was owned by an old man that bought new when he retired, and used rarely and not at all for the last 5 years.
