Have a 95 E150 4.9.Van has been sitting for about 9 months. I just recently pulled the transmission pan,fluid drained,transmission filter replaced and refilled with new fluid.Did not see and shavings in the pan as well.For some reason when I put the van in reverse or drive the idling goes down and she ends up stalling.Specially in reverse.I did manage to go around the block in drive the other day but the van was sputtering real bad and wouldn't go past about 15 mph. I also pulled the power to the IAC today and there was no change in the idling of the van in park.Shouldn't the idling of changed when I did that? I have the IAC off and can tap it on the palm of my hand and here the spring move inside. Anyways I am not a gear head and most what I have done or am trying is from forums like this.Any help would be much appreciated.Oh and no check engine light on either.

Just installed a new IAC. Still the same problem. Anyone have another idea?
