87 f150 body mounts

Id like to put new body mounts on my truck while its apart. I got one rear body mount off and seen its pretty rusted enough for it to sink in. How would you fix something like that. Same with the core support mounts. I have pics of those. For the other rear mount i cant get that one out it seems its rusted down inside also. And for the front cab mounts how do you even get those out.

Body mounts are a b***h to get off. I used a sawzall on mine an burnt through several blades but finally got them off. A cutting torch would work too, just be careful as the rubber is flamable. Bronco Graveyard sells these things called "frame savers" that you can weld to your frame to create a new mount point, but some of yours are so rusty I don't know if they'll work. The radiator supports are an easy fix as you can buy them new and just replace the old ones.

I bought mine from Bronco Graveyard. LMC has them too I think. But I would recomend using polyurethane bushings instead of rubber.

I bought a set of bushings for 1992 f150. I only ended up replacing the front 2...After doing some research. For mine they are pressed in and I have to use the factory bolt and fabricate a cup with a hole in the middle strong enough to withstand not bending in the center to pull apart the bushing....Well that's what the instructions said after I found them in the bottom of the box after I gave up on completing the task.
