vacuum?

1997 F-150 with 4.6 v/8-- what should the average vacuum reading be?
I've got a sneaky little vacuum leak that I can't find. Stopping at a traffic
light it wants to stall, then picks up a little bit. Thanks guys.

18 to 21, sounds like a bad IAC, they tend to dip the idle and then recover
