loud,noisy injectors
When I first start the engine, the injectors are very noisy, for about 10 sec.,
the they quiet down some. This happens every time, whether hot or cold.
The oil pressure doesn't come up until the engine starts to run.
I had the injector O-rings and the glow plugs replaced and someone mentioned maybe have air in the system. Is this a possibility as to the noisy injectors?
At idle the icp pressure 485-490
volts .80-.86
duty cycle 11.33
What does the duty cycle indicate? I understand volts and pressure?
Any answers are greatly appreciated
I cannot get on line again, for about 5 days, so any of my replies will be a while.
One other concern, are noisy injectors harmful?

Your ICP looks about right for warmed up idle. ICP duty cycle is your IPR - how much high pressure oil the PCM is calling for from the HPOP. That looks right too.
Noisy injectors will shorten their life a bit. Maybe they are worn - how many miles do you have on the rig at this point?
It will take 50 miles or so of hard driving to get the air out after an o-ring job. Other ways to remove air from the fuel and keep it out are the fuel tank pickup hutch mod, and a pre-pump filter/clamped fuel line that eliminates the factory quick disconnects (they often let air in). A regulated return fuel mod such as the FRx, and the HPx oil crossover line can help quiet injectors and smooth out the engine a bit.

Another way to quiet injectors is to condition the fuel with an additive. I've been told the lubricity of ULSD is not as good as it used to be, and adding a Stanadyne product or even 2 cycle oil to the tank at each fillup can help. I put 1oz/gal of an ashless 2 cycle oil from Walmart at each fillup.
