Cam on 351 Cleveland Rebuild?

My 1973 F-100 has a 1972 351 Cleveland (2bbl) in it that I'm rebuilding back to stock with about 8.5 to 1 pistons (200 hp).

I want to boost the pulling power a bit and have it do a bit better on MPG's on the highway. What type of cam do you all recommend?

Someone said get a mild RV cam. If so, what will that do for me? What duration and lobe separation numbers should I be looking at?
