worn out ball stud on drag link

I've been searching this morning for a replacement ball stud that is worn out between the short steering linkage from gear box to the drag link (long section)
It looks like I will have to purchase a new drag link bar. Does anyone know where I can purchase this drag link? I assume it's part number 3304 but cannot verify that either. The ball stud that is worn out is in the picture below right in the center with the castle nut attached.
Is it necessary to replace more than this if this is the only component that I can tell is worn out? I am trying to save money right now and don't expect I can afford to replace all the front linkages especially since I don't think anything else is really worn out.
Thanks

You could always do a shake down to check how good everything is. You can also just buy boots if you are worried about grease contamination.

actually,I had my daughter sit in truck and turn steering wheel back and forth as hard as she could for a 7 year old and I could see this particular joint clunking back and forth about a 1/16". I am assuming this is the biggest reason I can't keep my rig in the road!

Try RockAuto. I think it'll be under "center link". Check the pics accompanying each one. Check Retailmenot.com ; there's always a 5% discount code available.

I've never seen separate ball joints available for any of the steering linkage.

RockAuto Parts Catalog
There were several listed. RWD and 2wd. This was the only 4WD listed by raybestos.
Anyone ever used the raybestos brand? Is it acceptable?
Thanks. Great help here guys. Love the FTF!
