460 cross member?

ok, what's the deal with the motor cross members for 460's, for 53 - 56 f100's from jegs and cpp saying not for lincoln and mercury. what's the difference between a ford 460 and a lincoln 460??? please help...

460's installed in 1973/76 F100; 1973/97 F250/350; 1975/79 F150 mount differently than when installed in 1968/78 Passenger Cars.

ok, i have a 54 f100 and i have a 68 lincoln 460. so the standard cross member these companies are selling won't work with my application? so only option is weld motor mounts to frame?
