Proper wheel color `66 F250

What is the proper (white) wheel color for a `66 F-250?

Longgone,

I don't know but my truck is two tone, tan and white. I'm painting the wheels body color, tan, the rings white. But looking back on my old pictures they look like they were all white. (They are stripped now so I cannot check for sure.)

All white would look good with the hub caps on an all white truck in my opinion.

If you use the Search feature on the forum you might find some additional info. Here's a good thread.

Thanks for the link, I had done some searching on here but the words "wheel and color" resulted in an enormous amount of returns. Many thanks, I think I will go with Wimbleton White.

Good choice! Wimbledon White is the correct color for a '66 F 250. Only period "inner nub" wheels, accept correct period F 250 hubcap, as shown in photo.

3/4 ton wheels were wimbledon white while the locking rings were argent(silver)...the same as the gravel shield and visor hardware.
