This is what I had in mind...... I bought a couple spray cans of white Rustoleum and painted this to see if I would like it, and get the opinion of a couple friends.

Yeap that one, I was thinking to paint mine with the inserts in black, but looking yours Ill try first in that way. How did you remove the grey color from your grill?

Actually, I was cleaning with some lacquer thinner on a rag, getting ready to tape it off and repaint the inserts. the old flat paint came right off and was chrome underneath! So I cleaned it all off. Was very easy.

That's so funny! My truck is very similar to yours, although I think yours is in better condition from the looks. I am definitely going to go white when I repaint it. I think I will add a hood scoop and paint that flat black, but going white on the rest. That was what I wanted originally but couldn't pass up this truck. The black looks great clean (for the 5 minutes a month it will stay that way!)

We ought to get up a camping weekend some time this fall in the Bluefield area. I'll bring my family up and you and Bill and Tyler can head down!!! I have a friend that has 25 acres we can use any time we want right over the VA/WV border in WV. He's love for us to use it. No electric and stuff but you pampered guys with trailers would just have to make do!! I'll be in the tent! lol
