I have a 2006 Ford F150 with the 4.2 L and i am looking to do a 150,000 mile tune up.

What do you guys normally do for tune up?

I was thinking spark plugs for sure, has this engine been known for breaking spark plugs? or is that only on the 5.4 L?

what else is good to do?

The breakin plugs is on the 5.4 if its cop check the boots too everything else you listed is standard items to be done

 

You might consider injector,fuel log/throttle body cleaning service. Along with the spark plugs, I don't know of any other service. I use a fuel additive all the time because we only have E10 here.
