4.2 L Tune Up

I have a 2006 Ford F150 with the 4.2 L and i am looking to do a 150,000 mile tune up.

What do you guys normally do for tune up?

I was thinking spark plugs for sure, has this engine been known for breaking spark plugs? or is that only on the 5.4 L?

Serp Belt

all oils and filters change out

what else is good to do?

Thanks for all the help!!!

You might consider injector, fuel log/throttle body cleaning service. Along with the spark plugs, I don't know of any other service. I use a fuel additive all the time because we only have E10 here.
