resistance in spark plugs???????????

resistance in spark plugs???????????
my 302 motorcraft spark plugs do not read continuity. Have I got some sort
of radio resistance plug? What would be the best plug for my engine.
1984 302, breaker point ign.

Most sparkplugs now are resistor type plugs. What year engine and more specifically what year heads are you using? The breaker point ignition is not original is why I ask.
