Wheel spacers?

Hey everyone.I think I already know the answer to this but I'll ask anyway.

I am in the process of converting my 68 F250 4x4 into a dually.I already have installed a Dana 70 dual rear out of a 79 F350 cab and chassis.
In the front when I put my dually adapters on my front tires are tucked in a little to much.I am running the stock closed knuckle front axle withe stock Ford dually wheels. My spacers are 4.5" wide.

My question is,would it be ok to run another 2" spacer on the adapter to gain a wider track in the front?

Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks....
