Hey everyone!
For the most up-to-date news about future vehicles, I recommend keeping an eye on http://media.ford.com; that's where you'll see all the big announcements regarding model year changes. If there are features you'd like to see on future models, post your suggestions to the "Your Ideas" tab of Ford Social: There’s something happening here at Ford..

I would probably expect this to all happen ~2016MY or so.
The engine/transmission won't be updated until:
- Emissions require it too (and they can't easily update the current engine to meet them)
- The competitors clearly surpass Ford in terms of power/torque/fuel economy (and remember, currently Ford tops each of those items)

In this 2013 my head almost touches the top of the cab.
Had a lot more room in my 08.

Please tell the folks that need to know we need more power. Gotta stay ahead of those Dodges, oh I mean "Rams". Something to the tune of 500-550hp and 1100 lbs ft would be a good start Be the first to crack the 1000 lbs ft mark from the factory.
Oh and more mileage would be a plus, can't complain about mine as it does really well 18-21mpg empty hwy at 65-70 mph, but more is always better.
One real thing I would love to see is actual exhaust break like the Duramax and Cummins, not "engine breaking" as in the sales book, that does nothing more than change gears on the transmission.
Other than that the current truck is solid.

What wrong with the current fenders? I love them. I can acutally reach into my toolbox with getting in the truck bed like I had to with the giant, ugly flares on my old dodge. Something happens to the fender you can unbolt and replace it. Ask the GM guys how fun one piece dually bedsides are, they're always broken.
