Slotted Rotors for 73-????

Looking to upgrade my 1973 F100 front brakes with new pads and slotted cross-drilled rotors. What years are the F100 1/2 ton 2WD front disc brakes compatible with? Anybody know of aftermarket rotors for sale? Autozone has the Aimco extremes, but they don't know if they're slotted. Are there any easy upgrades in brake calipers also?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Ed

73-96 are the same rotors, 73-86 were mechanical brakes so they should work, 87 -96 were high tech, I'd avoid based on a cost factor of replacing so much unless you were going to an FI motor as well.

Is the bolt pattern is the same for 73-86?
Not looking to replace master cylinder, just rotors and pads.

You'd better check out the brake upgrade tech article. It's written for 4x4 bronco but will work the same on your 2wd. Also do a search, a few guys on this board have done it and are very happy with it.

The lug pattern is the same up to 96 on the half tons.

What I was trying to say was that if you find slotted rotors, and they say like 86-96 or something like that you can use them on your 73. Good luck and let us know where you find them.

NAPA has them under the United line. Don't remember the cost. They also have powder coated calipers with stainless pistons. You can research it on line.

Saw some last night in my jeg's catalog, can't remember exactly, but I want to say they were about $75 a pop.
