Neither. You need to get an SCT programmer for your 6.0. Bullydog causes PCM problems and Edge is under the gun from the EPA.

Have yet to see anything good written about the the Edge or Bully Dog programmer. No complaints with the SCT 3015, even the canned tunes work pretty good.

Well i dont know how to do chips, hence the programer question. My mechanic reconends an edge like his. Its very basic though. The cts is tucg screen and rearview cam compatble. I like bully becase i fan get a matchijg turbo or cat back exaust kit.

Use whatever you want but the logical choice is a SCT with custom tuning.

Another vote for SCT. The canned tunes are perfectly fine (I hate the tow tunes) and custom tunes from Matt @ Gearheads or Vivian @ Quicktricks

SCT is NOT a "chip". It's a flash programmer that you plug in to the OBDII port. You can use the included tunes or custom tunes FOR YOUR VEHICLE as previously mentioned. SCT is head and shoulders above anything else for a 6.0. Period.

I have the Edge CS (purchased like 2 years ago) & the Tune's seem to work good but I dont have experience with any others.
I hear BullyDog are the worst for your Transmission, seems as if lot's of people like the SCT.
Thought about trying 1 myself but since i have the Edge (which works good) I havent talked myself into changing.

With the Edge I can see absolutely every bit of vital info imaginable (U need to buy the EGT Probe separate), its expandable for any additional sensors u may want, u can correct your Speedo for oversize Tires & it has a Diagnostic (code reader) feature

I think you meant SCT. The SCT tuner can be bought individually or you can save yourself a step and just buy the tuner from Matt at Gearhead Automotive Performance . Scroll up to post #2 and there is a link to the Gearhead website that npccpartsman posted. Click on the link and get ahold of Matt and he will set you up with everything you need, SCT tuner and custom tunes of choice.

I pretty much agree with this myself. I get a little better mileage with my tow tune, but It'll take a long time to offset the cost of the tuner itself. The biggest advantage to using the tow tune is how it shifts. The tranny holds in overdrive through rolling hills, where stock tuning would have it downshifting going up mild grades.
