Got some free time coming up in the next couple of weeks, was thinking about doing a trail ride down by Utah lake. Anyone interested in meeting up and maybe doing a little shooting and run the trail?

 

Sure this thread is a bit old, But I would love to have a get together! Also, was down past Saratoga last days off and noticed that the whole area west of the lake where we used to shoot/four wheel is fenced off and labeled private no trespassing. Anyone have anyclue?

 

I sure hope its not closed off. I am moving down to Saratoga Springs this month.

Just past the mountain range down by pelican bay. Fences up. Signs up. I used to have a mud hole back there that I LOVED to play in. All fenced. I know after the fires they were blocking shooting. There is another spot past toole, next canyon down the 80. through the indian reservation, lots of good trails west of the Highway. But down by the lake was my favorite.

 

Yeah Tooele is nice, I like middle canyon a lot. In West Jordan the Bacchus highway area is a fun place to get muddy and do some light climbing
