1991 F250 IDI front end clunk

Hello, This is my first post on here - since I couldn't find the answers in the existing forums.

I recently lifted my 91 IDI 4'' and Im getting a pretty gnarly intermittent clunk/ creak when going over sudden bumps and sometimes when making turns (especially left). It sounds like its coming from directly under my feet, really strange. Ive spend a lot of time trying to figure this out and have replaces just about everything with a bushing on it (excluding ball joints, which look fine) and tightened every bolt imaginable (including fender bolts, pivot bolts, bumper mounts etc...) underneath the truck. Cant figure this out and its driving me insane. I made a video using a go pro mounted on the bumper, maybe someone sees something that im missing? Thanks in advance!

Did you tighten everything up with the truck in the air or on the ground?

I tightened in the air and re torqued by hand (as hard as my 6'2 200 lb frame would allow). Should I be doing this without the weight of the truck on the ground?

You have to tighten all the bolts with the full weight of the vehicle on the suspension so it all sits right. Torqued to spec of course as well.

Got it. Do you hear the creaking in the video? It follows the movement of the suspension so it's leading me to think its the leaf pack, shock or a subsequent bushing. All are new and tight though so I'm lost...

The creaking is most likely what isaid with the suspension. If you tighten everything in the air it won't sir right and has room to move around with the bumps hence the pops and bangs but if its on the ground when you tighten it it has no room to play around and should be quiet.or at least as quiet as these things get lol.

Looking at the video looks like the spring is moving inside the rear hanger to me which would be underneath your feet.could be the way the video looks to.

you said you replaced all the bushings. did you replace the front shackle bushings INSIDE the frame?
these are almost always overlooked, and do go bad causing noise and other problems.
