51 or 52? pickup box trailer pics.

Picked up this trailer the other day. Looks like they cut the truck in half, bent in the frame, welded on a coupler. PO had had it since 1979. Came with good title. Pulls good. Might paint it black to match my F3.

That is a really nice bed! It will make a cool trailer to tow behind your truck. I'm envious.....

Ross, good eye! I was really surprised when I saw that spare tire carrier and the guy said he never had a spare. It's been hanging there the whole time he had the trailer.

Looks like he has a 48-50 behind the tractor under the tarp in one of those pics.

Be careful.... Last time I bought a pickup box utility trailer, I went looking for something to mount it on. Like I really needed another truck......

That is very nice.
I also recently found one (48-50 )
But have not picked it up yet. Its not in that great of shape. And is on a banjo rear axle and 39ish buick artillery wheels.

Joe, you're right! That's my 1950 F2, my next project. It is complete, runs and is titled. I just need to get the brakes working properly and it would be ready for the local country roads.

Did I just hijack my own thread?
