Hi everyone,

Long time no post! I haven't been able to work on my F1 for awhile, but I'm ready to get back in the saddle. Expect a post with questions about where to take my flathead for remachining, but for now, let's talk speedometers.

I've seen a few trucks with gear shift indicators on the speedometer. I like the look, but I don't know which trucks had these and which didn't (the one with the shift indicator goes to 80, the other goes to 100MPH). From a search it looks like the gear indicators were for larger trucks. Is anyone able to confirm? If I swap the 80MPH speedometer in, will I need to change the speedo gear if I'm using a 4sp? I guess the rear end ratio might be different.

On a related note, I may have some decals made based off the old gauges. I know MAC's sells decals for the 100mph, but is there interest around here for the 80mph? I'm much better with photoshop than I am with a paintbrush!
