My vote is for the Denver truck, and send the '40 up my way.

 

The interior is very cramped, but nicely done. It's built as sort of a novelty tribute.

There's your bus, Ilya. It's right down Highway 17, right? Looks like a good price if the engine turns over, like it says in the ad.

 

This bus was found in an earlier post and had a price tag of $1200-1500. The body is too far gone.

 

Sitting in a back lot for a year must have made it better because now the seller thinks it's worth $2500. I guess he's confusing a rotting bus with fine wine.

It's restorable, most panels are flat sheet metal. I rebuilt a lot of bus panels when I worked in a truck body shop. It still will take a lot of work though.

 

Bob, I'll buy it, but only if you could restore it.

 

It would make a nice little bus to drive around. Wish I was closer, the price was lower and had the money.
