Parting this truck out, thought I would share with everyone in this section just in case you guys needed something before it disappears.

93 F-150 ext cab long bed 4x4 5.8 auto 168k miles.

I'm in the northwest but I can ship most items.

I took a load of scrap metal to the recyclers yesterday. There were a few vehicles that looked nicer than what I drive. I hate to see them go to scrap like that.

 

are you trying to make money parting that truck? you could sell that truck for way more money than it'll return as a part. correct me if i'm wrong but the bed's not even beat up!

 

Nope the paint is still shiny in the bed! I've got my motives, it is a really nice truck. Runs and drives great then loses oil pressure after about 15 minutes. I picked it up for dirt cheap and decided I wanted a lot of the parts for myself. So as soon as I get back what I paid for it all the other parts I took were basically free lol.

 

i know that tactic all too well. i feel a little bad cutting them down when theyre in terrible shape (kinda like takin it out and "ole yellering" it), i don't think i could muster the ruthlessness to cut that one down.

nonetheless, if i didn't regularly misshape all of my body panels i'd be all over that one.

 

i love parting out trucks great money t it but i hate doing it at the same time cause u know its one less ford truck now but almost every truck i have bought except 1 i have saved from being scrapped so im proud of that. i really want one of those rims to complete my set but it might be a bit expensive.

 

That truck is beautiful! I'd be happy to have a truck like that!

We only part out trucks around here when they are to rotted to be safe.

 

That truck isnt bad either mine is in way worse shape than that rust wise

 

My lord that truck makes mine look like a total pos,If I lived anywhere nearby I would like the part that wraps around the engine(the whole truck).
