Front sway bar bushings
I was wanting some opinions as to whether these bushings are in need of replacement. These are on a 2006 Navigator.

Right side
Thanks!

If you're hearing knocking sounds as you go over bumps then replace them, otherwise they're still good.

That's more likely a worn lower ball joint.

If there is a grease fitting on the ball joint you could try adding some grease first, just in case it's been run dry.

Being originals I'd say they're due, assuming it was driven most of the time and it didn't sit around most of the year.
