ive read a little bit on these things and id love to use the torque app on my android phone but i see fords dont work well with these things...is there one out there that works? i have a 96 lincoln continental and a 98 lincoln navigator...id like to pull codes on both and see what both are up to...

 

I have found that it isn't so much the adapter that has the problem, more the phone used. Mine is connected to a LG Lucid (VS840) that has no problem. Tried using it with a Motorola Razr - no go. Have used the boost reading to help find a vacuum leak in the PCV hoses. Also use tranny temp when towing. My nephew ( a mechanic) says this gives him more info than the expensive reader they use at the shop.
