While I'm out tonight I might try my luck with the powerball lottery.

Fingers are crossed for ya AL!!

But just a heads up, you have competition

Gotta love when customers trade from fifth hweel to motor home, just picked up a like new 16K reese double pivot sliding hitch for $125. It's the updated hitch with the nice jaws, lower pull handles for tonneau cover use

didn't make it there. not sure what Keli is wanting to do. She wants to get something to keep the miles down on the Mustang, it's getting close to 50K on it.

Ok so got the truck nosed into the garage and jacked up both sides. (Note the truck is not jacked up in picture, I definatley need a bigger garage can barely get tires on concrete)

Both tires are rock solids no movement.

So continued the investigation since I had some time finally. Pulled the lockout on each side passenger side looks good but the drivers side is toast. Totally shredded.

The passenger side grinding is due to a grease fitting on the upper ball joint, Driver's side had one which is ground down to nothing.

The driver's side outer shaft has a lot of movement up and down as well as in and out?

just as i figured. a new hub, needle bearing, and all the seals and you should be good. i think i had about $100 into each side for all the seals and a needle bearing (bearing from napa... ford will tell you you can't replace just the needle bearing and have to do the whole unit, not true. i'll see if i can find the napa p/n for you).

guess it's a good time to upgrade your hubs too! you have ESOF?
