Good morning Vermont! Hey, what the heck are you doing up so early Jim?

 

No hiking - a ride to Shaftsbury for a baby shower and back. 340 miles round trip on two wheels with Helen. If you HAVE to go to a baby shower, going on a motorcycle makes it a bit more fun.

 

Morning Shawn, sounds like a good way to go to me!

 

Morining Pat. Yup, we both have BMW R1200GS motorcycles and haven't had much chance to ride this year - me more than Helen, but mostly to work meetings, so this will be a nice trip for both of us on some decent back roads with some twisties. Always nice to lean the bike over a little!

 

Which trail are you taking?

Looks to be a perfect day - sunny, 80 degrees, low humidity. Perfect for motorcycles - or anything else outside!

 

It'll be about the same here. I hate being stuck at work on days like this, I should be at home, working on my 67!
