Ok.. the wife is baking pork, onions, mushrooms, eggs, pepper strips, rotel tomatos, bell peppers, with a little garlic, cumin.. sorta like a Mexican casserole. Give it about 25 min. in the oven, and it'll be near ready!! So hurry!
