First oil test on my 2008 with 124,XXX miles

This is my first Blackstone oil test. I pulled the DPF/DOC off two oil changes ago and have a H&S Mini Max (no power mode) and a 4" exhaust that I did at 108,XXX miles. I run factory filters (air, oil, fuel) and usually get the oil changed at 7500 miles and fuel filters at 10,000 miles. The truck is a Job 1 - 2008 F-250 XLT Supercab 4x4 with the 6.4L and has 124,XXX miles. Seems like a good report, just aluminum was high. The oil had 7900 miles on it for this sample. Just normal highway use, about 80 miles a day 5 days a week. Always been serviced by Ford. The oil cooler was replaced at 102,XXX due to coolant contamination (universal green was added to the degas bottle). That's the only thing replaced on the engine. Anyone have any idea why the aluminum would be high? Thanks!
Clint

Not sure why if no towing was involved. I would also suggest 5K oil changes and re-sample with the next change.

I tow a small trailer from time to time but nothing big anymore. The first 50,000 miles the truck pulled a fifth wheel camper by the original owner. He provided a treasure trove of maintenance records. I will be sampling the oil again at 5000 miles to help establish a baseline.

Blackstone said the aluminum could be from bearing wear. I didn't know bearings had aluminum in them...

Thanks Senix.

The real value in oil analysis is to establish trends. One high reading is not always of concern. Aluminum could leach from several sources. Hopefully it is not from the front engine cover/water pump. Most bearings are an alloy of several metals but I didn't think aluminum was very much of the alloy. You don't have to wait till an oil change to sample the oil. Try sending in a sample when it has 3K mile on it to see if the aluminum is an issue.
