Spring Cleaning Special, 51 8BA Flathead V8 parts, 51-52 F1 & 53-55 F100 Parts

Category: Exterior - Body Parts
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): CRX & pre '92 Civic
Item Condition: MN
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped
Engine: Part suitable for gas truck

I've got a bunch of parts from some trucks I parted out last year. They are from a 51 8BA flathead V8, 51-52 F1's and 53-55 F100's.

These are the parts I have left. I'm tired of storing them so this is their last chance. I will be hauling this years first load of scrap metal some time towards the end of April. The parts that don't sell get scrapped.

All prices do not include shipping. I am willing to ship the parts but the buyer pays the shipping cost. If you want a shipping quote for a part/s just pm me your zip code and what part/s you are interested in and I'll get the quote/s.

I'm located in Lonsdale, MN ( 55046 ) if you would prefer to pick up the parts in person.

I will be adding more parts and pics as I get them dug out of storage. If there is something you need and don't see feel free to ask I might have it.

I'll start out with some 8BA flathead parts. These came out of a 1951 F1 truck. Not listed below but I also have the fuel pump and stand, thermostat housings and a bunch of misc bolts & hardware.

A pair of 8RT water pump cores. The both turn by hand. They need a good clean up and a rebuild. $45.00 for the pair.

8BA cast iron timing cover. Has a bent timing pointer but otherwise good shape just needs clean up.

$20.00

Generator mount. It's in good shape besides needing a good clean up and there is a small kink in each side of the band ( see pictures below ) .

$15.00

8BA Truck oil pan, pick up tube and dip stick. It's in good shape but needs a really, really good clean up.

$45.00

Here's some of the 51-52 F1 parts I've got left.

I've got two 4spd clutch linkages and one frame pivot bracket. I am missing one half of the bushing for the pivot bracket.

$20.00 for the linkage with the clevis and the frame pivot bracket.
$15.00 for the other linkage.

Or $30.00 for all of it.

1951 F1 V8 Radiator mount/core support. It's in good shape but one of the lower captured radiator mounting nuts is missing. And the other lower one appears to have the threads stripped out. But these should be pretty simple to replace. All other threads are good and the core support is solid.

$40.00

Under hood and radiator side air deflector/filler panels ( not sure what they are called ) . These came out of a V8 truck. I believe the 6cylinder versions were different. The rubber seals on the hood panel and the rubber grommet on the filler panel need to be replaced otherwise they are in good shape. They have some light surface rust in spots but are all solid.

I also have a second set that needs some work.

$25.00 for all three pieces.
Or $18.00 for the under hood panel and $10.00 for the pair of radiator filler panels.

51 V8 header/hood latch panel. It's solid but has some damage. Includes the hood latch.

$15.00

51-52 Front fender support. It is in good shape. It just needs some old undercoating cleaned off it in spots. I think I might have the other one along with a second pair. But I'll have to do some digging and try to them out to be sure.

$15.00

51-52 F1 passenger side lower front fender. It has some rust and bondo at the rear corner and a couple dents on the lower front section. I also have a couple driver side lowers that are in similar or slightly worse shape. If you are interested in a DS one pm me and I'll get some pics of them.

$15.00

51-52 Gas tank filler neck and gas cap. The filler neck is in good shape just needs a fresh coat of paint. The seal on the gas cap is cracked.

$12.00

53-55 F100 parts. I've got a bunch of F100 parts. Along with what's listed below I've got some front fenders, inner fender panels, hood latch panels, air deflectors, 55 front valance, rear spring/u-bolt plates/lower shock mounts, and a bunch of frame crossmembers, brackets, etc.

Locking glove box door no key.

$25.00

53-55 Ash Tray assembly. Includes ash tray, mounting bracket and mounting screws. The ash tray has some surface rust inside but it's solid.

$14.00

53-55 F100 Clutch and brake pedal assembly.

$25.00

Spare tire frame cross member. The bolt/stud or whatever you want to call it has a slight bow to it and the crossmember has a little buckle on it where the bolt is. But that should be easy to flatten back out.

$10.00

This picture is just to show where this crossmember was mounted on the frame.

Ignition switch with keys out of a 54 F100. It physically works, keys turn it fine. I didn't take the time to check it with a multi-meter. If you want me to I can. I don't have the retainer or bezel for the switch.

$10.00

No this isn't all of my parts.

Are you talking about the crossmember that is under the bellhousing area? If that's the one, then yes I have one. I would have to dig it out of storage and drill out the mounting rivots.

Here's a picture of it from last fall. If it's what you need shoot me a PM.

Give me a week or so to get the crossmember dug out of storage and removed from the frame sections. Then I'll get a shipping quote.

I've got a pair of front fenders off a 54 F100. They are solid but need some work. The passenger side isn't too bad but has a few small dents dings and a hole in the top from a fender mount turn signal light.

The driver side has a large dent that some one in the past coated with a bunch of bondo instead of popping it out.

Those pictures were before I tore the truck down. If you want some better pics, I can dig them out of storage this weekend and try to get you some better pictures.

I do have a 55 front valance. It's solid but will need some work in a few spots. I don't have any pictures of it. If you want some I can take some this weekend.

I'd like $75.00 for the pair of front fenders and $50.00 for the valance.

I'm willing to ship them but you would have to pay all the shipping cost. And because of the size it would probably be cheapest to ship them truck freight. But that's still not cheap.

OK. Let me study out the freight. Is there a FedEx freight facility close enough to you to be easy?

I won't use Fed ex freight, had a bad experience in the past. AFB freight is what I use.
