My truck needs an alignment and I am having trouble finding a shop that will not overcharge me for the work. It is a 2003 F250 4x4. It has negative camber and needs to have adjustment sleeves installed in the upper ball joints to correct. Best quote I got was for $300 which to me seems really high.
Any suggestions? Would just do the work myself but the sleeve puller tool is $100+ and will only need it the one time.
Sorry I we were out drinking beers. Heck actually I am not sorry about the drinking - but that we did not reply.
Good deal what was wrong with it?
Well more than I thought. Bad wheel bearing, actually noticed it when I was doing shocks a month ago just did not put it together. Just got a new Timken assembly today and all the seals. Will get all replaced this weekend then back to alignment shop Monday.
Adding the Moog adjustable caster/camber cams so they can dial it in real easy.
hello wilson. if ur in houston, next time u should try Southwest alignment over by richmond avenue and fondren. they usually charge about $70 for an alignment. tats what i pay, but then again, mine is in for a frontend alignment.
