gauge cluster needles

K guys so last night i took my gauge cluster out to scrap the green film off of the faces and change the bulbs to red i had to remove the needls after it was all said and done fuel level was wrong oil presure was peged high tack is off coolant was rite amps wrong spedometer does not work at all how do i adjust the needls or reset them

the needles have to be installed back on the shafts in the right position, as for the speedometer if it is rotated all the way clockwise the magnet won't catch it until about 60 mph, but it also has to be installed correctly on the shaft

Well i got them all right exept fuel so i have no idea how to get it to the corect spot exept take it to a shop that is the main gauge i need when on long trips
