2013 sport issues

Anyone have an issue with the sync phone system freezing, while using the phone you end the call but it doesn't end in sync, only way to fix it is to pick up the phone and call someone on it and then sync realizes it messed up... 10,000 miles on it and the paint is wearing off the bottom corner of the door already... Anyone find any issues?

I'm happy to look into this further and make sure you're running the most up-to-date software. Which model do you drive?

If your truck is equipped with MyFord Touch, the latest version available is 3.5.1.

PM me your VIN and I'll take a look.

It is equipped with my ford touch, sync... It's loaded!!

Oye is anyone else having any issues with the 2013 expl sport? Wife now says heated and a/c seats are not working like they were last week. Seat backs are not getting warm, and not as warm at all. Takes 20 mins to get warm? And the ac seat isn't nearly as cool as it was... Just hit 11000 miles. Dealer says "they work fine" um no- there is a noticable difference in the performance from last week to this week.

I'd try another dealer and be calm and cooperative as long as you can be

Approach them like "If this were your wife's car, what would YOU do ? "


To the OP - is your phone an iphone by any chance ?

Apple has proprietary connectivity and it causes some issues...

if not, is it a supported phone ? as not all phones are....

I will say this, my work BB torch and the wife's Note II work fine... the ONLY issue we've had is the text notification disappearing in like a nano second, it doesn't give you time to recognize it and respond ....

I am the original OP...and yes we are using Iphones. Its pretty odd when you call out and The system thinks its calling out and its not, and you have to physically hang up the iphone and end it, then call out, and when it does it on the hang up you have to physically pick up the iphone end it and then make a call to fix the issue...

Jaclyn... Can you let me know soon??
