Back Bucket seats to Bench seats?

An XL with buckets is unlikely to be a factory setup. You'll need to drill and reinforce the floor to accept OE brackets, or fabricate brackets to adapt the benches you have in mind to the attachment point in the floor. Consider that the seat belts in the van might not be suited to the clasps in the bench/es.
If it were a factory setup, the threaded holes in the floor are most likely positioned to accept OE bench brackets.
I might be interested in the buckets if you don't want them.

I'm betting the floor is setup for the plates that a bench attaches to, the floors likely already have the holes for bolting down the factory hardware. I put a conversion van sofa/bed in the rear of my passenger van, removed the factory bench quick release plates and bolted it in it's place, same holes. Now the only holes that have been drilled in vans is usually the captains chairs, done by the conversion shops, the factory holes are filled in I'd guess, but still there.

I have done the swap, buckets from '95 into '08, and bench from '08 into '95. The floor brackets for the seat types are different but the holes match, as long as your bench is for the correct position. Only catch was, as said above, seat belts. You should be able to take the buckles and webbing out of the plastic risers on the buckets, and bolt them to the underside of the bench. You may need to cut some seat material away to access the bolts, and getting them up through the slots can be a trick. May be if you get the same year seat as your van, it'll come with buckles that fit? This is, assuming you are dealing with OEM parts, if not, who knows.
