Anyone have a picture of an exhaust deflector installed?

I see that there are nice shiny exhaust deflectors available for '48-52.
When I start up the engine in the garage, loose crap goes flying all the way across the place, stuff on the workbench, shelves, the girly calendar pages, etc. (It's that wicked mean 90 HP inline six I have that wants to be like a Pratt & Whitney jet engine )

So I can see what the deflector looks like in a catalog, but how about one actually installed on a truck? Anyone got a pictures or three to share?

Tom

I'm not sure what you mean by "exhaust deflector".

I think he's talking about these exhaust tips from the LMC catalog.

Yes, tried that...all sorts or irrelevant pictures come up. Or pictures of the catalog photo. .
Nothing came up that shows one in perspective attached to a truck.

Still looking...

Thanks Bob,

Still looking for a photo of what one looks like attached to a truck.

I can find pictures of these on cars, and they might look different sticking out the back of a truck bed. I'm undecided.......

Took the picture at the Ozark Run earlier this month. Thought it was different but didn't take side views or anything else. The truck actually had duals but I couldn't get the FORD script to show up if I was back far enough to get both tailpipes in the frame.

If you decided to install them on your ride post some pictures please!!!
