tcase output shaft play video

I made a video showing the play in the output shaft on my tcase. Can anyone tell if this looks normal before I go replacing that leaky seal? I was getting ready to do this video and shook that shaft once and and that drip at the seal dropped right in my dang eye just before I made this video...

I just don't want to go to the trouble of pulling output shaft to replace a seal only for it to go bad again because I have a bearing shot in the tcase.
Never done any of this before and don't know what would looks acceptable. Any help would be appreciated!

Go ahead and pull the drive shaft out and look at the splines on the t-case shaft, and inside the drive shaft, and see if they look worn.
