Unhappy Will no start/run

2004 F350, 6.0 Was having problems maintaining power when coming to a stop, or letting up to turn. I replaced both the fuel filter and water/fuel seperator filter. Still did not run properly. So I pulled the water/fuel seperator to check for crud. No crud found. Now the truck will not start at all. Truck shows full on the fuel gauge. I have poured diesel into the filter well slowly to remove air in line. I have cycled engine five times before starting. Still nothing. I removed fuel lines and cycled, fuel comes out slowly, and just a little bit, shouldn't it come pouring out?

HELP!!!!!

You may have a fuel pump going out. There is a pressure test port at the bottom front of the filter houseing, requiers a 12mm adapter if iI remember correctly.
You should have 50 psi minimum.

Sounds like a fuel pump to me also. With the top off the secondary fuel filter housing it should fill VERY quickly--maybe 2 or 3 seconds max.

Fuel pump is a combination unit. HFCM (Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module) Same part the water separator filter goes in on frame rail under truck. No pump in the tank.
