I posted a while back about this. Got stranded yesterday (close to home) because of it.
Found the problem. After installing a new switch in the dash, somebody forgot to reconnect the harness to the switch. Go figure......
Not feelin too bright.

 

We all have those moments, i wouldnt worry bout it.

 

I wish that was my issue.

I need a new selector. =(

Dont worry about it. At least you didnt intentionally do something dumb out of laziness.
I caused a lot of electrical gremlins on my trip to RRE out of not bothering to cleanup a contact for a ground...

Im sure someone has an extra laying around you could probably ****** up. Im not sure when it will be but im rippin my front tank out and you can have mine then.
