crank shaft pulley

I just got my motor back from rebuild and they lost the key and washer and bolt that holds the pulley onto the crank shaft.

Where can I get key, washer, bolt??

Also can the "dust seal" be put on after the flywheel is bolted in place?
I just need the gasket part not aluminum part, it is on.

The shop that did mine lost the key too. NAPA has it, 1/4" x 1".

I'd press the shop to come up with the bolt and washer, hard to find in equal quality.

The bolt is a 9/16-18 x 1-3/4", at least Grade 8. P/N C1TE-6A340-B. Available here: http://www.nospartsltd.com/product-p/c1te6a340b.htm

Washer is 1.76" OD, .58" ID, .31 - .34" thick, p/n 372757-S (XX200).
