Anyone ever buy this model aftermartket tire rim

18x8 Milanni Stellar 5x115 5x139.7 5x5.5 +18mm Chrome Wheels Rims Inch 18"

Was thinking of selling the stock "chrome clad" in place of these fine looking chrome rims, thanks for any info.

I think those are some nice looking wheels. But think they would look better with less positive offset. Maybe a 0 or -12

04xltrunner, I'm sorry but I don't understand the 0--12 option you are speaking of. I appreciate the reply, thank you.

The lower the offset. The further it will push the rim away from the truck. The factory rims are somewhere around +42mm. That's why they sit so far inside the fenders. Reduce the offset to 0 or a negative number and it will give a more aggressive stance. Like mind. I have 20x9 rim with a 0 offset (or 4.5" back spacing). My tires sit outside the fenders about 1". My brother has 20x10 with -12 offset and his tire sits about 2" out of the fenders.

I think a +12 will sit about flush with the fenders. Which looks good with a nice wheel/tire combo with a lowered truck

That sorta offset will chowder your paint if you drive any gravel road. Even if you don't it'll chowder it over time. Plus, bearings will wear quicker. But you'll look awesome!

Almost 30k miles with mine on a black truck and my paint still looks fine. I work in pipe yards. It's nothing but crushed concrete and dirt. My tires do sling rocks sometimes but it's usually under the truck. I could see it happening on gravel roads at speed but I have had good luck I guess. Bearings are fine to. That's one of the reasons i went with a 0 instead of -12.
