I don't know if I need to pm someone but I did the 3 year membership the frist of the year but now I don't have a banner at all and now tons of pop up adds. Got the shirt and all that but looks like before I became a paying member.

What is the difference between members who have a silver Club FTE banner in their name, a gold Club FTE banner, and some who even have both? Thanks.

This is actually a known issue that we are working on right now with our tech team. All members should only have a gold or silver badge however, a few of our gold users are displaying both badges right now which we hope to fix this week.

 

Thanks for the reply. I assume silver is 1yr subscription and gold is 3yr? Is it something different? My subscription is 3yr and it shows up as a silver banner.

 

Yours should be Gold, I am not sure why it placed you in the silver group. I went ahead and changed your usergroup in the back end so you should be all set now.

My signature appears correctly only in this thread, but not in other threads in the forum, i.e., recalls..., new orders, etc...I've tried editing and re-saving without success. Is there a common mistake that I've overlooked?

Is there a set amount of time someone should wait to see the ads go away after paying? Browsing this site on my phone and certain adchoice ads kill the browser. Looking forward to those ads going away. Thanks.

 

It seems like the benefits of paid membership become effective after a week or two. If I join the forum by first logging in, I don't see one or more pop up ads. I haven't noticed my browser (Safari) being killed by ads.
